I have a Clematis Montana Rubens Marjorie which we have had for about 9 years it is growing very well, accept the flowers seem to be getting smaller they are 4.5.cms across.
I am sure they were bigger before?

I used to have a Marjorie, and I don't recall the flowers ever being larger than that. Montana flowers generally are quite small.
