I have three pyracantha growing in pots against a sunny wall. One however is failing to thrive despite being about three years old. No obvious sign of pests .Any ideas?

They will need big pots eventually if you intend to keep them out of the ground.

A photo would be useful - in the absence of that, have you had all three plants for the same length of time, and are all the pots the same size? Is the variety of Pyracantha the same for all three? Does the one that's not doing so well get more sun or wind or shade than the others?
