Can some kind person please help me with the two plants in the pics.The yellow one is in a neigbours garden and she told me they keep coming up every year and multipying.
But does not know the name.
The other is a tree/bush in another nearby garden ,what is it called and is it evergreen or deciduous?

The first one is Lysimachia - punctata I think - and does come up every year.

The second one is Cotinus (smoke bush), and is deciduous.
