Yes I agree with above! I have these growing in huge alpine pot and they've just flowered like this!

The rosette the flower spike has grown out of will die off but there should be plenty of others.

Oh! Yes Moon growe, there are loads of the rest of the plant, looking tatty now so I will cut them out, Ha! Ha! They remind me out of the Jurassic Park film LOL

Only remove the flowering spike the rest of the plant will, over the years continue to flower !
