Bit of a problem with my Gardener's Delight toms -
As always I have a good crop of these toms, but while 3/4 of the surface is red, many have a yellow area as shown on the examples below.
But leaving them on the plant longer makes no difference and the yellow doesn't change colour.
Have I done something wrong here ?

they can be eaten it is similar to green back, a mineral deficiency.
