I agree Cleistocactus winteri colademononis / Hildewintera colademononis (Both names for the same plant)

fox tails? Looks more like a long haired ginger cat's tail to me;-))

Oops is it s'posed to be that colour, I'm sorry but my initial reaction was that it was dead, don't remember ever seeing one like that except when dead, lol.....

I think most of it is dead but the tips may still be alive and could be used as cuttings :)
