I have just seen this slug like object attached to a Canna leaf, the plant of which is right next to a pond. On further inspection and info on the internet i think it may be a form of leech. It seems to be attched to the plant at one end by suction. Its very slippery about 1-1.5 cms long and appears to have lots of rows of small dots around its body. Any ideas? am about to bring plants into conservatory but don't want this thing spreading. Thanks Ann
