Hi, yes sorry about that. I've updated my question with the other 2 photos I took, they're not great either really. I think the blazing sun today rather interfered with my photographic efforts!

Looks like a Forsythia to me.

Hi, definitely a Forsythia, but the photo's don't show enough detail to say which of the 7 species and many cultivars it is, Derek.
