Judas tree is another Cercis - Cercis siliquastrum. I think they're both purplish pink.

There are purple magnolias (M. lilliflora 'nigra') but I wouldn't think anyone would refer to their flowers as 'blossom'.

Is it the Foxglove tree(purple) Paulownia Tomentosa ?

The blossom is likened to the Foxglove.
