Aquilegia, Calendula and Cosmos are fairly easy going.

Thank you. Have got aquilegia and all other plants have finished flowering at the mo. Might get some perennials then. Any suggestions of any that flower in July/Aug/Sept?

Perennial geraniums - some are happy in shade. I have Rozanne in quite deep shade and its flowering nicely. Not as vigorous as it would be in sun but not bad.

Thanks all. Have just ordered shade loving perennial geraniums, liriope and will move some hostas to that spot.

Hi I can't think of any annuals that like dry shade, but there are quite a few perennials, Derek.
