Yes, it looks quite poorly. Now I wouldn't usually advocate repotting it in flower but if you are gentle with it, it should be ok. Don't go too big with the new pot, perhaps the next size up. You need to cut off the yellow leaves and any shrivelled roots, give it a good soak afterwards for about an hour up to the base of the leaves. Good luck. I've got all five of mine in flower at the moment, so I must be doing something right!

You need one of the clear orchid pots too, not an ordinary plastic one and use proper orchid compost.
