My plum tree has fruit on it, but some of the plums have this clear droplets at the bottom of the plum, then it goes hard and then the plum goes a dark colour as if it is a disease. Do you know what is causing it and what i can do about it please?

Usually oozes out of a hole, often caused by a wasp.

Its not a disease, its just liquid from the plum crystalised and perfectly harmless and edible.
