the bottom one is an Aconitum [monks hood] and all parts are poisonous if ingested. some people are very sensitive to the sap which is absorbed through the skin so be careful when handling. I tend to wear gloves when dealing with this lovely plant.

the top one looks like a Cornus/dog wood by the shape of the flowers but I'm not 100% certain on that one.

The first one is probably a form of Cornus kousa.

Top one definitely a variety of Cornus . . . beautiful bracts!
