Hi Cade and welcome of GoY, not the best of photos for an i.d., where was it taken in Scotland that might help.

At first I thought Yorkshire fog, but that's not usually pink.Had a look in the book and it might be common bent-grass aka Red Top, Agrostis gigantea but don't quote me!
Grasses are not easy. A closeup of one of the stems would have helped. Hope somebody who really knows will see the question!

AsI've already asked, where was this out of focus photo taken in Scotland? Makes a huge difference...
