Lawn (supposedly)
My daughter has a small lawn area which has large bare patches and some weeds. I am going to be there for the day tomorrow--what are the best things I can do now to help make it better for next year? Apply weedkiller? aerate with a fork? Anything else?

dig out the weeds and aerate with a fork to improve drainage. its a bit late to reseed now.
