my fern looks very much like this except there is a set of leaves off the bottom of the frond that point in the opposite direction. does anyone know what the name of this fern might be?
the sparse fern is mine and the lush fern is the one that i think it looks like.

I agree with Stera, looks like Dryopteris 'Cristata The King'. The ends are like a fishtail.

I have this one and it has got lusher as it matured. I think this wet summer suited it.
