Hi, as this is not completely hardy, [to 14f -10c], I would leave it until spring/ early summer, which is when they can be divided if required, Derek.

Yes, they don't survive the winter here in Scotland. So perhaps give it some extra drainage. Good luck!

Thank you Derekm, I will leave it till then they are new plants.I did wonder Karen if I would be able to grow them,I will give them extra drainage,thank you for the good luck and answering my question,I will keep my fingers crossed.

Callie will you plant them in a border, or a gravel bed? Just wondering, as friends thought they'd "lost" them as they disappear completely in the winter. If you can plant them surrounded by stones or gravel, you won't be digging them up by accident.
