Dahlias. With this continued cold weather forecast should I hold off potting up stored dahlia tubers until the weather warms up? I don't have a greenhouse to keep them in once they are potted up.I think my utility is too warm. They are currently stored in wrapped newspaper after being given and ordering a few.

I don't pot mine up until late march/early April. unwrap and see if there are any shoots yet. if not re wrap and leave cool. hope this helps.
