hank

By Hank

I have over 70 onions that I put in in October (sets ) , they were about 4 inches tall when I last saw them in my plot. They’ve been covered by several inches of snow for some days now. What are my chances of their survival ?

the chances are very good hank. so don't worry unduly. I can see mine now and so far they look ok.

They should be fine, just like my carrots.

You two were right of course, the deep snow had allgone this morning and there were my onions - perhaps a bit flat in places but all there. Similarly with my rhubarb.
Thanks.
