What about Raccoons? I found out where my beets & carrots are going. Yep! and the neighbor's cat. How do I stop these mischievous rascals. They aren't shy and have razor sharp teeth & claws and will take you on. They are nocturnal.

from what I understand there is little you can do unless you shoot them. but don't know if you are able to do that . what are your wildlife laws?

no seriously I don't know what to suggest and as they are clearly urban ones that's even more of a problem.
