What is the best way to grow wisteria from a seed pod

You just collect the seed pods and 'shell' them the way you would peas. You can plant immediately or dry them off and plant in spring, but either way, bear in mind most wisteria plants you see are grafted onto a rootstock. Plants grown from seed will take up to 15 years to flower, and generally don't produce very many flowers even when they do flower.
