Mystery plant

notepad

By Notepad

Suffolk/Norfolk border, United Kingdom Gb

I have taken another pic which shows how the leaves are growing, not only from the base but from the 'flower' itself. Celosia Plumosa seems the best possibility but further research uncovers nothing about the beautiful leaf colour - in fact it says the leaves are insignificant.

On plant Celosia
