Thanks. I cut it back hard, removed all infected leaves, replaced mulch, and sprayed with organic fungicide. Let’s hope it recovers

it is a fungal infection called rust. those lesions you have on the leaf is this fungus's mushroom. they release the sores.[fungal seeds]
you can spray with a fungicide, see what your garden centres offer. but they may be too far gone to save them.
