Previous question
Keep the seeds cool and dry over the winter, and plant them well after the last frost next spring, or start them indoors with bottom heat--they need warm soil to sprout. Any good seed starting mixture is good, and start feeding the seedlings after the second pair of true leaves comes out. Gradually harden them off to full sun, and plant them in the hottest, sunniest part of the garden. Hopefully, you will get flowers in 2-3 years. There may be some variation in flower color, but 99% of the seedlings will be in the tangerine to scarlet range.
