I would like to plant an apple tree in my garden. I love Pink Lady apples, which are a cross-pollination between Golden Delicious and Lady William. Does anyone know where I can buy one of these or one like it.

Everything I've read seems to indicate you can't buy them from anywhere and have them shipped to the UK NP.

if you want an easy tree with little or no vice's try Katy ( Katja ) as it's know in it's country of origin, Sweden so it's tough & has the most beautiful red fruits. Always best to research apple tree's regards their suitability for your area. Having said that they suggest you avoid Cox's Orange Pippin if you live in an open unprotected heavy soil situation. Look at the fruits in my photo album of my Orange Pippin growing here in the Fens, superb & yet I have lost 3 or 4 so called easier varieties ?? Whatever the variety everyone should have at least one apple tree. Good luck.

Thank you all so very much for taking the time to reply. I will have to have a good old think before I take the plunge.
I have a Damson plum tree, Morello cherry & Pear tree will that be enough to achieve pollination or will I need two trees? My neighbours has two apple trees about 300 hundred yards away as well.

300 yards is nothing for the wind & pollinating insects to cover so your neighbouring trees will certainly help. As mentioned before 'Kate' is an excellent apple, Google 'Kate Apple Tree' images & see what they are like.

Previous question
I don't think you can. It's an Australian apple and for some odd reason does not appear to be sold in the UK.
