Tree identification please
This tree is in my sons new garden. It’s about 25-30 feet tall. Any help very much welcomed

The leaf looks similar to one of the eucalyptus family, however the bark is quite fissured so not sure.

Can't find a tree leaf like this in my tree books. Are you sure the leaf does belong to that tree?
