I have been growing actinidia kolomikta for several years, and this happened to me one year - the new growth got hit by frost. It sprouted again without any action from me, but the leaves remained green all year. The following year, it returned to normal

Welcome to GoY,
I'd leave it a lone for a while and it should re-sprout new growth. when that happens then snip off the dead material. by leaving it in place it will give some protection against any more frost. You could cover it with fleece when frost is forecast to offer a little more protection.
