This is a question for Bernard.
Did you find out what Bulrush Specific crop specification substrate was suitable compost for.
I have some that I want to grow tomatoes in, but not sure if it will be right for them.
Thank you.

Thank you for your response Steragram2. Sorry flagged accidentally! I am a novice at this.
No I bought some of the compost that Bernard had posed a question about and I wondered if he had an answer yet.
Didn’t want to grow my tomatoes in compost that isn’t right for them!

I was given two bags of this in return for some plants from a landscape gardener who uses it for their plants. I haven't been out for three months and had nearly run out of compost so couldn't say no. I've found it really good, plus I've got my toms and cues growing in it and they're doing ok. I feed with tomato feed as well though. (I just checked on here and Bernard asked the question in October 2010 so might not be on here anymore).

Thank you Thorneyside, for checking on Bernards question. It is a relief to know that I can use my compost. I always use tomato feed too.
Thank you for your message Steragram2, I won’t hold my breath waiting for a reply from Bernard.
