We have a large planter box in the garden and recently the one plant seemed to be pushed up from below.

A photo would be helpful, otherwise, can you provide more information please as follows: are the plants in the box all the same and what are they? Is there anything else in the box, like bulbs under the plant/s? Is the box in contact with the ground or raised up?
