My hydrangea has excelled itself this year,with loads of flowers which are still appearing,but some seem to be dying,do I cut them off,usually the heads stay on all winter.
Some advice please🤔

If they are unsightly then it is personally your choice. I would if they are wilted/shrivelled rather than just died and dried out.
