The little buds remind me of a Wallflower ...

I also think wall flower, in which case it cant be split as it will have a central stem but if it is a perennial one then you can take cuttings.
the annual one will produce seed unless you dead head it.

Thanks to all who replied . I initially thought Wallflower but it seemed Too big ,more like a bush . I grow Wallflowers that I’ve done from seed ,which are just showing buds ..

My wallflowers are like that 🤗
