My Cosmos are budding and have plenty of root, but my gardener won’t be here for another two weeks. Should I halt their growth by putting them in the cold frame? They are currently in the greenhouse which gets very warm during the day. Thanks!

yes start hardening them off outside during the day and then inside at night. then outside and into the coldframe at night.
