Too far gone? This hydrangea looks so sad..... guess it’s a combination of frost damage together with lack of rain. Will it tecover? What can I do to help it along? Many thanks

water well and in a week or so cut off the frosted bits. the growth lower down will be fine.
Several of mine looked like this a few years ago and they sailed through later in the year.
