Good afternoon all, would you please tell do Salivas die? I had some lovely ones for about 2 years and they a look dead now, no bit of growth at all

yes they do but some are hardier than others. if yours are the ones that go woody [S microphylla] then the top growth might be dead but they may come again from the root stock. Several like S nemerosa die down and come from the base but they do not like winter wet.

... and some are not fully hardy (S. love and wishes, salvia Amistad) which I keep sheltered until mid May.
