Good evening all, today I dug up an very healthy Agapanthus mistaking it for some Irises that have gone over, I replanted it immediately but I'm wondering if I've ruined it, it had good rootball and I watered it well after replanting, thanks

Sounds like you did the right thing so it should be ok. If you want to give it an extra boost, you could feed it with liquid seaweed ... hope you’ve saved it.

Depends how much damage it sustained. It should be OK if you planted it back right away. Good advice above.

it will be fine, it will suffer the same if you had dug it up to split it.
water well and feed in about a fortnight's time, giving new roots chance to form.

How do I say thanks?
