Rose damage. Any idea what has been attacking my rose leaves? Thank you.

the damage that shows as raised areas is the plant's response to probably a sap sucker such as a gall mite or even greenfly. They do look like galls. Unsightly but not life threatening.
The eaten parts of the leaves look typically of vine weevil damage.

Thank you Seaburngirl. I’m new to roses and am clueless to all the pests that will have a go!

Could the cutouts be from leafcutter bees? One of my roses seems to attract them.
