Warning!!!
IF anyone has old garden chairs that have straps as arm rests check them before sitting in them as they can perish!!!!!
I have just come a cropper when sitting in mine, I went to get up by pushing down on the framework & the straps snapped, throwing me back on to my back, luckily we had a friend visiting & he saw what happened, he called my husband & the eventually was able to help me up, I have a sore neck & pains all over, I have bruised my Bat Wings LOL but at least nothing is broken, I must be a Tough Old Bird LOL
JUST CHECK THEM FIRST xx

Hope you heal soon, just to add I've had similar with plastic chairs collapsing, the sun makes them brittle over time and they just break
