It doesnt seem prickly enough and the leaflets tend to be in almost 3's.
My first thought at first glance was hazel. [in short I don't really know!]

All Brambles have spines (thorns), hard ones. If that one has soft spines then it is possible Japanese wineberry.
My eyes are not up to seeing the stems in the image.
