Good afternoon...Please have a look at what I call my Torquay Palm...bought many years ago...yes from Torquay.
The leaves and heads seem to be falling off at an alarming rate...is it the cold ? More to the point will it revive once the weather gets warmer ? It looks so very sad.
It has always been a lovely feature in our garden.

It looks a bit similar to my Cordyline australis & mine is worse off, the top completely killed off by the frost. They are not as hardy as Yuccas. I’m hoping mine might sprout afresh from the base, then I can start again with it. I hope yours will too. ( fingers crossed)!

I had mine for years, last year like yours it fell apart, I had to chop it down in the end as even the new growth went brown & rotted :o((
Yet my nextdoor neighbour's one is thriving?

This happened to my smaller (but pretty large) one, in a pot, in 2018 and I thought it was gone. I moved the pot to hide it and lo and behold, it started to regrow.
