With reference to the black spot question, does Roseclear have an adverse effect on insects?

Thanks Owdboggy, I'm anxious not to harm insects, particularly ladybird larvae and bees, but I do have a problem with blackspot!

One of the many reasons why I dislike Roses.

It does seem to be a problem for bees, but that maybe the Rose Clear which has an insecticide with it.
I would use Copper sulphate for Blackspot rather than Rose Clear.
