Can I use the Photinia Pink Marble as a hedge. How high will it grow. I want to replace a leylandii hedge.
Any comments on its management
Many Thanks Tom

Hi Tom - it's a 'sport' from P. 'Red Robin', so expect it to be similar in growth. The only problem I have had with my one small plant is that it turned up its toes when a chilly east wind came along, so 'Pink Marble' may not be as hardy as its brother.

At the moment, too, the Nurseries and Garden Centres are charging a lot for this plant, as it's new. I hope you've got deep pockets!
