Help with Sweet Aperitif tomatoes please
The plant is very unwieldy with lots of tomatoes including tiny ones at the top but none of them seem to be ripening yet. Should take the top trusses off or what else could I do? It’s been fed and is in the sun most of the day

As Hywell says, you should have removed the side shoots & grown on a single stem cordon.
Too late to do that now of course, but make a start by removing all those old yellowing leaves and any that are obscuring the fruits from the sun
Remove the tops that have flowers, they will never ripen now
Remove any shoots that do not have fruit on them

I think you should have taken the side shoots off, but we haven't had much sunny weather for tomatoes to ripen this year anyway.
