Plant I.D. please. I was unsure as to whether it was perennial, so I potted it up over the autumn. Still in leaf now. Balm like leaf, nice in summer, good for baskets too. Will only be able to reply tomorrow due to handicap, episodal blindness.

Looks like a variegated mint. Not sure variety thou.

Glechoma variegata if you bought it outside at a garden centre when summer bedding was on sale; if you bought it as a houseplant, it might be Ficus pumila or one of those, but I'm sticking with the Glechoma (commonly known as ground ivy)

It looks the same as my pineapple mint Jonathan, rub the leaves and see if it has a fruity scent. Mine comes back year after year.

Damm, wrong again, I'll get one right one of these days! LOL

Fun trying though, ain't it Littlelegs, lol! I still get 'em wrong as well, so you're not alone.

Thanks Bamboo, the good thing on here is you never get chastised, thank goodness. :o))

Hmm, well its not always true, believe it or not, Littlelegs - I've seen some really nasty chastising on here in my time, and been on the receiving end of it as well. Fortunately, that seems to be much, much rarer these days.
And Jonathan, I still think its Glechoma, as I originally said...

Don't think so Bamboo....not the same leaf shape. Sure it's the Pineapple mint.

We must await Jonathan's verdict, Janey, lol!

Wouldnt it just be easier to smell it?!

I'm assuming it has no scent - pretty sure Jonathan would have mentioned that in his original question if it had.
