Anyone recognise these seedlings? I always think I won't forget what I've sown, and then I do:-)

Yep, agree - I can't believe you've sown them in a box - I find the blasted things never stop appearing in my border where I planted them once, lol

I love Nasturtiums and the way they wander round the garden. :-) I agree they self seed all over the place, but once weeded out, they're gone, not like real "problem plants"

Yep Nasturtiums Ba.....just sown some myself, such handy, tough little critters, with those brilliant jewel colours. Don't forget to check for black-fly though later on.

They look a little like they may be a different species than the ubiquitous Tropaeolum majus, though.

Phew...thanks all. I remember now lol. They are a lovely colour, but short stemmed. I'll put a pic on when in bloom. I sowed some orlaya grandiflora (bought on ebay) and as I emptied one into my hand from the brown paper packet I almost jumped out of my skin...it was a dead , dried out woodlouse which I threw in the air in panic. I imagined it must have got in there by accident. I boldly emptied the others out (onto a piece of paper)...yes they all looked like dead woodlouse lol. Can't quite remember which cells I've sown them in either. :-))
