Did you keep it well watered last year?, how estblihed is it? they need to be kept well watered whilst they are forming the flower buds, i have seen on my travels recently where alot of camellias have lost many of there buds due to the harsh winter, keep them watered this year more so if we were to get a long dry spell and feed as well, and next year it should be more prolific. julien.
