what do i do for toadstools growing through my lawn

Answers

Nothing. 95% of the time they belong to completely harmless and/or helpful fungi.

The toadstools are simply the fruiting parts of some of the many, many species of fungi that are present in all healthy soils. These fungi help to break down decaying matter and release it into the soil for plants to use. Most plants (grass included) only grow successfully with the assistance of such fungi.
