Hi Sparkly, I used to live in the north west and had a very damp garden, I still managed to have plenty of beautiful plants grow quite successfully. eg, azalea, climbing hydrengia, cordilines, lots of conifers, magnolia tree, mexican orange blossom etc etc. What are you thinking of planting??
