I have always loved gardening and can spend hours on end on my own lost in my little world. I adore Rhododendron, camillia, azalea etc, I have only recently bought a new house and the garden is a blank canvas, a month ago there was nothing but grass, since then I have laid a sandstone patio, a raised bed containing Salix, skimia, forest flame, mountain fire, mexican orange blossom sundance, japonica debutante to name but a few, I have created a photinia wall at the rear of the garden pillared by two beautiful blue cyprus, of course it will take many years of love and care to achieve my ideal garden but i will enjoy every second of it.
