Whilst walking in the woods this morning I came upon this plant. I would love to know what it is, it's very pretty and a striking pink. Not sure if the spots on the leaves are normal or disease.

probable early spotted orchid, a beautiful native as BA said.

It is a Dactylorhiza, a terrestial orchid. There are very many different species in the UK and I am not going to try to guess which this is. The spots on the leavesx are quite normal.
