Unknown Shrub

Can anyone please put a name to this shrub? It has been sawn down to a stump, which has produced many new side shoots. The stems are woody, but it doesn't resemble my Sambucus nigra "Black Lace".

Many Thanks, Hoya. I've looked it up and agree. The leaves just didn't quite look like those of my cultivar.

looks like a plain Sambucus niger - not a cultivar.
